Rental Policies and Suite Information 
                                           

  • No smoking or pets please! The staff will alert us at once if someone has been smoking in the suite, and if this is during your rental, a $500 charge will be applied to your credit card to cover smoke removal cleaning of suite drapery and carpet.
  • Early departure: If you decide to leave the suite on an earlier date than your scheduled departure, call and let us know. We cannot offer a refund for those days unless we are able to rent the suite (unlikely on short notice)  
  • You are responsible for damage caused to the suite during your stay. Your credit card number is your damage deposit. We would advise you before any damages were charged.
  • Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard for payment. 25% deposit is required upon booking. Balance is due 30 days prior arrival.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Full refund of deposit, less 4% transaction fee if cancelled at least 30 days before arrival. Deposit payment is refundable (less 4%) within 30 days of arrival IF we are able to rebook the suite. Full payment refundable (less 4%) within 30 days of arrival IF we are able to rebook the suite.
  • Minimum Stay – 3 days (5 days at Holiday season and President’s week). The minimum stay is sometimes negotiable during the low season.
  • Towels & linens are provided for your stay, but are NOT changed daily. Coin laundry facilities are available on the 1st floor. Soap and dishwasher detergent are also provided free for your use.
  • Front Desk: As you have rented our suite privately, the front desk is only available for limited services (video rentals, maps, short-term luggage storage). Any problems in the suite please call 604.431.0412 or 604.996.8838
  • Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Please respect these times to allow the cleaning staff to do their job properly between guests
  • Parking: Underground parking is available. Please buy a parking pass for each day of your stay to avoid fines. Passes are available from the lobby machine.
